At Wax & Lather Studio, we’re committed to getting your handcrafted goodies to you safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. During high-demand periods (launches, restocks, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Wax & Lather Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Warm Weather Disclaimer

Wax melts are sensitive to heat. During warmer months, your items may soften or melt during transit. This does not affect product quality. If melting occurs, allow the product to cool and solidify before use.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Local Pickup 

Local pickup option is available. Location is in the North Houston Area. Details will be provided at checkout.
