At Wax & Lather Studio, every item is handcrafted with care to ensure quality, safety, and a beautiful experience. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return guidelines:

All Sales Are Final

Because our wax melts, candles, and body products are handmade and hygienic items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wlscustomerinquiry@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit once the issue is reviewed.

Scent Preferences
We understand that scent is personal. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on fragrance preferences. We recommend reviewing scent descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Order Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Wax & Lather Studio is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Melting During Shipping
Our products are made with wax and may soften or melt in warmer temperatures. This does not affect the quality or performance. Simply allow the product to cool and harden before use. We will also take all measures in securing the item and adding a cooling feature to accommodate warmer temperatures affecting the items during shipping.
